Because headshots are generated on demand, payments are generally non-refundable after generation and paid download access have been delivered.

If you were charged but did not receive your paid download access, contact support@getproheadshot.com and we will review the issue.

Refunds may be offered when required by law or when there is a confirmed technical failure on our side.
